Wrexham Road Masterplan

Our masterplan for the Wrexham Road site incorporates the site constraints information and the feedback you provided us with.

We will be applying for full planning permission to provide a high quality residential development on the site comprising up to 1450 homes, public open space, a new primary school, commercial area including a health centre and essential infrastructure.

Design principles

The development of the site will facilitate the delivery of much needed new homes for Chester, which is a long-term aspiration of the Council, and will provide a multi-functional green space for recreational uses. The key features of the development are shown below:

Site Access

The site access arrangements are designed to meet the requirements of Cheshire West and Chester Council (as Highway Authority).
